Who we are

We raised €1.6M in pre-seed, signed our first 5 customers in two weeks, and have been heads down ever since, building for a global market from day zero.

What we are building

bricks.sh is the intelligence layer for customer success teams. You connect your tools; we resolve your customer identities across all of them and track account health over time.

We surface the accounts that actually matter — churn risk, stalled activation, an open upsell window — and put them in front of the right CSM while there's still time to act.

What you’ll do

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll help shape both the product and the technical direction of the team. You’ll have real influence on architecture, standards, and how we ship.

Your mission is to lay the foundations of bricks.sh: the architecture, the core business logic, the integrations, the interface.

• Own features end-to-end: UX → API design → data layer → deployment
• Shape product direction from customer conversations and first-principles thinking
• Pressure-test what's feasible and what's a rabbit hole, then make the call
• Build and maintain the integrations our whole product depends on
• Design the agentic workflows inside the product
• Improve the tooling and processes everyone else will inherit
